Hi! My name is Diya Packiyanath. I am currently a high school student and the creator of this blog, which focuses primarily on children’s and teens’ mental health. As a student, I have witnessed firsthand the numerous struggles young people face during their transition into adulthood; whether it’s through my friends, my family, or even my own experiences. Facing this stress myself made me curious about the different factors that influence mental well-being, the ways we process emotions, and how we can improve our overall well-being through mental health.
This curiosity drove me to create a space where these challenges can be openly discussed, with the hope of providing helpful information, different coping strategies, and support! Though I am not a professional, I make each post with care, relying on thorough research, insights from different specialists, and my own experiences to better understand mental health.
