Serenity For The Mind is a blog made by me, a high school student in order to explore and better understand the teenage mind; as we children go through the varying stages of life we encounter many challenges and opportunities for growth.

“Serenity For The Mind” was created with the intent of informing and inspiring teenagers who are interested in knowing the reasons behind certain feelings or actions, as well as for parents or individuals working with young children to gain an understanding of why a child may act the way they do. Utilizing mainly research and sometimes personal stories to come to conclusions, I discuss important topics including coping mechanisms, anxiety, and emotional intelligence in young children. I will also analyze how particular transitions may affect a child/teenager mentally, and ways to offer support to them during the transitions.
